To make our terrarium we first had to get a plane bucket and alot of soil then we got to go get in line for all the plants that we needed to make a live terrarium that animals actually got to live in for 11 days of our science days. then we got to put the seeds in on the eleventh day mine and shos biggest plant was 18 inch's tall, and our longest leaf was 4 inch's long. In this pichure this is when it was finished but of course one of our animals fell to its death.

Today we observed our terrariums and in them I found that one of our isopod died his name was Jr. but for some reason the other isopod stayed alive, I think the other isopod stayed alive longer than the other one was cause he adapted to the terrarium quicker. The thing that actully shocked me the most was that how fast the pea and clover seeds grew. Also my eyes almost fell out in amazment cause of how the pea looked like stuck to the plant, it looked like the pea you would eat out of a can.

The corn also looked like it was straight out of a can that you can get from the store, but the corn actully took the longest to grow but it is alrweady one of the biggest seeds of them all. I would have to say that my favorite plant was the clover cause it looks like it could be a little town for them cause of how much there is in just a little tiny scoop.

The thing that I would change if I made another terrarium I would put some more water than I have been cause our radishseeds have not grown at all and it has been along time for them not to grow at all. The other thing I would change would be that I would put grass in it and some rocks and also sticks so it could be like there real home and we would not have to worry about how long they are going to survive we would just have to do research online.

These were all the things that shocked me or intrested me in this science experement.

5th Grade Camp

This is a pichure of me taking the animal bones out of the owl dropings, this was one of the night activites. My favorite one out of the 5 of them was probally bingo cause I won and when you won you could get pop. But my favorite thing over all was probaly going on that hike with Mr. Harrison cause I thought that we went through alot of hard and challenging trails. The only thing I would change would be the bed time it was way to early I dont go to bed on school nights intill 10:30 or 11:00 at night that is the reason that I could not sleep when we had to go and sleep at nine o,clock. The worst part of camp was the polgar cause I was the polgar and my group forgot to put paper on my face before they put on the duck tape, and I can not tell you how bad it hurt cause it was even on my hair and bare eyeballs. I change my mind I think the best part about 5th grade camp was football cause they had a sweet field to play on and lots of people well the right amount of people were playing and that amount of people was 4 on 4. I think that it will be a good program for a long time cause its safe fun and you learn alot I even didnt think there was that much learning we had to do but let me tell you it is still very fun, if your reading my blog right now keep on going unless you can not fall asleep before 10:00 or 9:30. This is a picture of me and Maggie working on our science project. The object I am holding is a foss plane and we made this plane by, first sanding down the Popsicle sticks with a piece of sand paper, and then we put two straws between the two Popsicle sticks then we let Mr. Read staple it to each other. After that we finally got to put on the propeller and the rubber band. It is time for take off we said, but right before we started winding up the propeller Mr. Read said you have to put it on the string first then I just laughed. So finally we got to set off the plane by winding it up and then the rubber band would twist and launch. After this part in science I learned that it does not take to much to have a good science time at home too I think you know what I mean by this puichure your looking at.

If you would want to know what I do on my breaks well then I will tell you this 4 day week I went to gameworks that is a arcade with tons of long big video games. It was the most fun time you could ever have with a single video game the most fun one was when me and my freind Miles were in the top floor of the arcade and we scaned our card for the game called jeracic park, it was the most sweet game ever it took us about an half an hour to beat the whole game and we did it. then we went crazy cause of how hard it was. But the next funnest game we played was with me and my dad it was called Rambo you may have seen the movie I know that I have, but the game was so much better than the movie you had a machine gun outside the game and you could feel it like you were in the game. After that to joke around we went to jeepers it is a little place with tiny rides for little kids that was just plane out funny then we went sledding. My brothers freind keven can snowbord really good and there was a ramp but he did not hit it and then miles went of it and went 7 feet in the air on a sled it was so funny, then I went down super fast on my snowbord cause I did not know that you should not go as fast as you can so I did and I almost payed the hared way literly I almost could have got killed atleast broke a leg but I was lucky and I stoped an inch befor the ramp and did a face plant into the ground and let me tell you it did hurt pretty bad so it was a blast and very funny now you know alot of things that I do for a treat on some of my weekends I hope you keep coming to my blog thanks!

2009 Inauguration

One morning I woke up I am not going to go to school its so boring, well you have to my dad said fine. And when I got to school I was super happy to see that we for once got to go watch tv all day long, they even had it on the big screen in the lunch room for us when we got in there and started eating. I know you might think what were we watching and now I will tell you, we were watching the Obama 2009 Inauguration day. He made a speach with probaly 1000 cops and FBI people surouding him for all safty cause some people did not want a black presadent so they were thinking what if he gets shot like alot of people thougt he would cause of his color. Then he had to say the 44th president oath office and it was just acully pretty fun even thoe I do not like school that much. From when I was talking about all the safty and stuff it was also relly the most they have ever had for the president Inauguration day, and that is pretty much my whole day but we still had to do math science and social studies with a little bit of litercy in our day. Now I am finished telling you about my school day and Inauguration day goodbye.

All My Thoughts About How You Should Feel When It Comes To Charity

Dear members of walled lake consolidated school district,


When the Hospitality House opens, I would hope to se you there just as much as the director of the Hospitality House, witch is Kristy. I mean just think about it, wouldn’t it feel good just to be a person that helped someone in need. Also, just even if you use your heart instead, cause a heart can be stronger than actions. Next time you go bring a friend or family member cause that could be you some day.


For example, our school went to the Hospitality House we donated one of the most they have ever had. You know how good that felt. They were all so happy to see the number on that scale it just made my heart so happy to se the look on there faces.


It should make you happy to, just as much as me. For extra, the last thing you might want to do is when ever your bored you should hop on that bike and ride on over to the Hospitality House to donate, or get a job there you can join any time when your 4th grade and older.
